Kallmann syndrome with unilateral anosmia

Introduction: Kallmann syndrome (KS) is a rare genetic disorder typically due to defective migration of olfactory-axons and GnRH-neurons. KS results in congenital hypogonadotrophic hypogonadism (CHH) typically associated with absent (anosmia) or reduced (microsmia) sense of smell.
